Accessibility

punchi is for everyone, and we want it to work for people who use assistive technology, a keyboard, captions or other settings.

Our goal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, across punchi.tv and the Punchi APP and Punchi LIVE apps. We test regularly, and fix problems as we find them.

What we're working on. Some parts of punchi aren't fully accessible yet:

• Live streams and past broadcasts are made by creators, and most don't have captions. We can't add captions to every stream yet.
• Punchi Park, the 3D world, is hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard alone. Everything you can do in the Park that matters (watching channels, chatting with creators) can also be done on the regular site.
• Chat games and the BBS use visual boards; some may be hard to follow with a screen reader.
• Content from other platforms (Twitch chat shown through multichat) comes as those platforms provide it.

Tell us. If something on punchi doesn't work for you, email support@ubersoft.pro with what you were trying to do and the page or screen. We'll reply within 5 business days, and we'll help you do what you were trying to do, another way if needed.
